Enable Win8 Admin Shares

The Admin shares are turned off by default in windows 8. To enable them create a dword key called LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy and set it to 1 at
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
